APPLICATION PROCESS
We take seriously our obligation to protect your sensitive credit information. For this reason, your application will be processed through TransUnion SmartMove, an online credit screening agency. SmartMove gives you the ability to apply for one of our rental properties while protecting your personal identifying information. When you use TransUnion SmartMove, you provide your Social Security number directly to TransUnion SmartMove. They verify your identity and provide us with a leasing recommendation. TransUnion SmartMove will provide us with your credit report, criminal history, eviction history, and verify you are not a registered sex offender. We will not have access to your personal identifying information such as your Social Security number or bank account numbers. Your sensitive information remains with TransUnion SmartMove, a secure and trusted credit reporting company that safely houses credit data for approximately 500 million people worldwide. Also, because you are the one initiating your own credit report, your request will be considered a “soft hit,” which will not impact your credit score.
In order for your application to be processed, you will need to provide us with your email address and the property that you are interested in renting. Once we have your email address, we will send you a direct link to the rental application. After you submit your application, we will notify you promptly of your application’s status. Once the application process has been completed you will approve our viewing of the results. ?ALL ?APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once your application is approved, you MUST show proof of identity with a valid photo ID before a lease agreement will be executed.
